Brilliance

by Orlando Murcia

Brilliance...

Can I place your diminutive

posture inside of my hands and

make you my snow globe?

Can I levitate you extraordinaire above the nebulas?

I want you to be the hidden thing that I covert secretly before the eyes of man...

For I have always been fond of you...

.... especially

ever since we introduced Sirius and Vega
to the clasping of our enlivening

I want to reunite " US "
with stellar gravities

While we reach our galactic boundaries
and spume unforgotten light years
into the breathless orbit...

Hopefully...

...maybe one day

We can make a dwarf planet
inside the whirlpool of your astronomy
and create our own solar system

Please confide in me...

For I will not forsake you
nor leave you void

Though I am only a starburst
inside of your universe

I can still make you hula hoop a million spirals and send shockwaves down the path of your milky way

...make you speak out with frequencies
across the big bang theory of space

as I continue to elevate you towards my belief

I want to place a telescope in front of you,
just so I can see your constellations
through kaleidoscope imagery

I don't believe in horoscopes...

But I do believe in the astrology of our love and how our stars always seem to connect in such an ecliptic ambiance

We are far from wings...

... I know this

Let us fly anyhow
until we reach the firmament sphere

Glide down
from the exhaling of our supernova experience

Then condemn us like Sisyphus...
but in celestial manner

Comet to the quasars and back....

....repeating the task

of our infinite voyage...

all over again

Of Once Again

A Poem by Orlando Murcia

I kissed the wing of your shoulder,

right before I slipped away into a

trance of drowning

The softness of your skin is like a

fountain of magnolias waving

through a stream..

While your scent...

is like a meadow of pastures being

poured inside a bouquet of

waterfalls

I love how your eyes resemble owls

during serenaded Midnight

The elegance,

of your enchanted beak that blow

kisses from your wind of fair

oddessy...

How you slumber inside of my

thoughts as I portray you through

musical baptisms of summers eve...

... seeking the road to your Jasmine

dawn ...

...
under your knitted wall of daily

bread...

My torch from autumns window...

How I love the little things that sail

through your

unforgotten region

You wound me,

when you say "Sweet dreams" or

"Until tomorrow my love"

For you know I watch you drift

away until the morning...

And greet you Buenos dia when you

sunrise into

the arms of mis labios...

My beautiful girl...

You will never catch me sleeping

When you awake...

The sun and I ...

We are the same..

Though I say I fade into a trance of

drowning...

What I really mean is,

that I will endure these thorns of

longing, until you return from the

abyss...

... of your promised

once again
